Innovaccer acquires CaduceusHealth with an eye toward autonomous RCM

Innovaccer has acquired CaduceusHealth for about $66 million to bolster its agentic revenue cycle management (RCM) platform and accelerate autonomous RCM for providers. The deal integrates CaduceusHealth’s automation and claims orchestration with Innovaccer’s AI and data platform to enable predictive denial detection, automated appeals and workflow-driven revenue recovery, aiming to curb billions lost to avoidable denials by linking clinical and financial data.

The acquisition accelerates adoption of AI-native RCM, offering scalability for health systems facing rising denial rates and net revenue leakage. It strengthens Innovaccer’s position in the healthcare AI market and highlights industry momentum toward agentic automation that reduces administrative burden and improves cash flow, while providers must still manage integration, governance and change management to realize savings.
